I can hardly believe that it has been 5 years, it seems to have gone so fast, and it seems like forever at the same time.
Husband bought me the Willow tree figurine "Promise" for a present. He is so thoughtful.
I bought him red dahlias and some drum sticks (the 5 year anniversary traditional present is wood, and Husband is a drummer, so it seemed to fit).
We also went out to dinner (a very rare occurrence, maybe once a year) and we also went to see The Avengers at the cinemas.
Husband really wanted to see it, and it is kind of a tradition in our relationship to watch non-romantic movies for romantic events.
